By using the website https://marketsmart.eu (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and placing orders through the online store (hereinafter referred to as the “E‑store”), you agree to and accept the following terms and conditions.

2. Services, Terms, and Conditions

  • The E‑store offers intangible services (e.g., website development, SEO, Google Ads, social media management, email marketing, etc.).
  • Services are provided according to the terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of ordering.
  • The client will be informed if the deadlines change due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Prices and Payment Procedures

3.1. Prices
  • All service prices are indicated in euros (€). VAT is specified separately.
3.2. Payment Methods
  1. Via the Swedbank online payment platform
  2. By regular bank transfer
  3. An order is considered confirmed once payment is received. If partial payment is agreed upon, the service will begin only after the first payment is received, and the remaining amount must be paid no later than before the service is completed or by the date specified in the contract.
3.3. Data Submission
  • The client agrees to provide accurate information – inaccuracies may hinder service provision.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

  • According to Article 6.228 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a contract if the service has been fully provided with their consent.
  • If the service has not yet started, it can be canceled within 14 calendar days from the date of payment by emailing [email protected].
  • If the service is provided in stages, the fee for services already rendered is non-refundable.

5. Client Responsibility

  • Clients must not violate the rights of third parties and must use the website only for lawful purposes.
  • Incorrect data is the client’s responsibility – UAB Market Smart is not liable for such inaccuracies.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content (design, text, logos, code) is the property of UAB Market Smart.
  • Copying or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

7. Personal Data Protection

  • Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania. More details are available in the Privacy Policy.

8. Website Operation

  • Market Smart strives to ensure uninterrupted operation of the website and E‑store, but technical issues may occur, for which it is not liable.
  • The website may be updated without prior notice.

9. Final Provisions

  • Market Smart reserves the right to update these terms and conditions – updates take effect once published on the website.
  • Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If unsuccessful, they will be settled in court in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
