We created a compelling concept for the neighborhood, leveraging its strategic location near Trakai – a symbol of natural beauty and cultural heritage. The name “Trakų kaimynystė” (“Neighbourhood of Trakai”) positions the development as an attractive living destination in a fast-growing, high-potential district on the way to Trakai. The project appeals to buyers seeking both nature and connectivity. We developed a strong visual identity, including a custom logo and brand book.
